Research On The Essence And Influences Of "Industrial Revolution 4.0"

With the human society involving into the industrial society,the history of human development has been deeply marked by the industrial revolution.Each industrial revolution greatly promoted the development of the whole society,and led to the revolutionary changes in human life style and production mode,even thinking model,which connected into the historical prospect of the industrial revolution.In accordance with the history of industrial development,the human society has gone through the following eras,such as "Industry 1.0" symbolized by the steam engine technology,"Industry 2.0" symbolized by the electric power and internal combustion engine technology,and "Industry 3.0" symbolized by the computer technology,which are also named as the first industrial revolution,the second industrial revolution,and the third industrial revolution.In the 21 st century,with the rise of the new industrial revolution,namely,the "Industry Revolution 4.0",symbolized by the technology of intelligence,automation,network,etc,the "Industry 4.0" era has approached.The concept of "Industry 4.0" was proposed at the Hanover Industry Expo in Germany in 2013,aiming to depicting that the modern information technology integrated with the traditional industry,by means of Cyber-Physical System(CPS),Internet of Things and Services(IOTS),and Machine-to-Machine(M2M),etc.Modern industry has entered into a new stage of lower production cost,higher efficiency,faster market access,with more intelligent,digital and personalized processes.The "Industrial Revolution 4.0" is a technological paradigm revolution in essence,with a series of typical technical characteristics,such as achievement of intelligence,big data standardization of function,interconnection of structure,green environment protection.The approaching of "Industrial Revolution 4.0",which changes the production types,living styles and thinking modes of human beings,needs our deeply thought and serious consideration.Meanwhile,"Industrial Revolution 4.0" also has a significant enlightenment for the formulation and implementation of China's industrial development strategy,i.e.the industrial system is a systematic project,the supporting role of the scientific research is critical,and the talents are the vital resource of industrial development,etc.There are 87 pieces of references in this paper.
