The Research Of The Innovation And Effectiveness Based On The Third Industrial Revolution And The Manufacturing Industry In Jiangsu Province

The manufacturing industry is engaged in material production, the creation of social wealth, basic industry of human basic needs met, and the role in the national economy and the social development is very important. The coming of the third industrial revolution has changed the existing mode of production and organization form, this also has brought great challenges to Chinese manufacturing industry. Jiangsu province is the famous national manufacturing province, its manufacturing industry overall size is big, has the vigor, good foundation, but under the influence of the third industrial revolution, how to improve the Jiangsu manufacturing industry innovation and development, promote the economic growth, high efficiency mode transformation and upgrading of traditional industries has become the main economic development of Jiangsu province.This study was to analyze the impact of the third industrial revolution to jiangsu innovation in manufacturing, based on the research results at home and abroad,to build jiangsu manufacturing industry innovation efficiency evaluation system, to apply the progress of efficiency analysis methods at the efficiency of innovation in manufacturing. By selecting the 27 manufacturing indusrries nearly seven years of data from a static(DEA) and dynamic(Malmquist index) two angles o evaluate efficiency of Jiangsu manufacturing industry innovation research, avoiding the only from one perspective manufacturing innovation efficiency respectively, identify the impact of innovation in manufacturing, to provide decision-making reference for the innovation. The main contents of this study include:First, define the third industrial revolution based on the connotation of development mode, and a third industrial revolution, the impact on manufacturing and Manufacturing elaborate and comprehensive presentation on this research using the DEA model and Malmquist Index. Determining input and output indicators of Jiangsu Manufacturing Industry Innovation Efficiency Based on this, and thus constructed an index system.Secondly, in Jiangsu Manufacturing Industry network development, new energy and new materials industries as well as industries in Jiangsu manufacturing R & D investment, the objective and comprehensive analysis of the impact of the third industrial revolution brought to Jiangsu manufacturing, and the use of DEA model and Malmquist index in Jiangsu 2008-2014 innovation efficiency industry 27 manufacturing industries were changes in measurement and comparison, dig which caused shortage of different manufacturing industries industry innovation efficiency factor.Results show that the efficiency of jiangsu manufacturing industry innovation industries development is not balanced, unreasonable resource allocation result in some high technology industry should belong to the efficient industries have low efficiency phenomenon, it is urgent needed to optimize industry innovation resources allocation efficiency and improve the efficiency of the use of new energy, accelerate the upgrading of industrial structure in manufacturing. Based on the research results, respectively from the allocation of resources, government system, the management system and the four aspects of the manufacturing industry of jiangsu province education talent innovation development of relevant policies and Suggestions are put forward.
