Study On The Development Of Leisure Farm In Dalian

With the transformation of economic and social development and traditional concepts,people are not only limited to traditional farming operations.With the continuous enrichment of material life,the people's desire for spiritual life has become stronger and stronger,and leisure agriculture has flourished.As the main body of leisure agriculture transformation and upgrading,leisure farms will make leisure agriculture more concrete,perfect and supportive.As an innovative agricultural development mode combining farm agriculture and tourism,it not only drives the development of related tourism,but also makes the majority of agricultural practitioners Benefit from it and provide new short-distance travel destinations for the public.Based on the development status of leisure farms,this paper selects Dalian leisure farm as the research object,draws on relevant research results at home and abroad,combines the theory of “starting point” and urban agriculture theory and sustainable development theory to visit and investigate the leisure farms in Dalian.Obtain first-hand information,analyze the status quo and types of Dalian leisure farm development,and put forward the problems existing in the development of Dalian leisure farms,and provide reasonable suggestions for the development of Dalian leisure farms.Based on the literature research method,this paper defines the definition of leisure farms based on combing relevant theories,summarizes the main modes of leisure farm development in China,and clarifies the development history of leisure farms in Dalian.Since the reform and opening up,the development of leisure farms in Dalian has undergone three major development stages,namely,the “starting development stage” characterized by cherry picking gardens,the “standard development stage” based on government intensive policy documents,and the income of residents.The “high-speed development stage” of raising and maturing the farm.Secondly,through literature research and field research,this paper identifies the main types of leisure farm development in Dalian as leisure sightseeing,characteristic industry,organic ecology and agricultural experience,and selects each type of representative case for in-depth analysis.To grasp the current situation of the development of leisure farms in Dalian.At the same time,through the analysis of the development cases of leisure farms at home and abroad,the general rules of leisure farm development and the enlightenment to the development of leisure farms in Dalian are summarized.Finally,in view of the difficulties in financing and the support policies in the development of leisure farms in Dalian,the exchange and cooperation are not smooth,the lack of publicity,no well-known brands,low management level,weak infrastructure and other major issues have proposed the establishment of diversified Financing channels,strengthen linkages and cooperation between farms,expand propaganda channels,establish well-known brands,cultivate professional management talents and strengthen infrastructure construction and other feasible countermeasures.
