Study On The Development Of Leisure Agriculture In Weifeng Farm In Minzhong Town,Zhongshan City

Leisure agriculture is emerged in the process of China's rural modernization of new industry.It not only protect the local rural ecological environment,but also promote the transformation and upgrading of local agriculture,for the agricultural efficiency and the farmers' income.In recent years,the leisure agriculture has demand in zhongshan city because of the rapid development of society and economy.Minzhong town is the first demonstration town of leisure agriculture and rural tourism in the Guangdong province,so she try her best to develop leisure agriculture.This article selects the public town leisure agriculture enterprise representatives-Weifeng Farm as an example,through questionnaire survey,field interviews,etc..And have a thorough understanding of Weifeng Farm development status,the problems facing the farm has carried on the preliminary summary,pointed out the department is not reasonable,the propaganda is not enough,tourism product development level is low,the lack of tourism facilities,service level is not high,shortage of senior management personnel and enterp.Then through comparing with the domestic and foreign typical leisure agricultural park,rise financing is a significant hurdle for Weifeng Farm development.According to the corresponding problem is proposed in this paper,properly setting up the administrative department,strengthening publicity,enhancing the visibility,optimizing the product development level,perfecting tourist facilities,strengthening the construction of talent team and broaden financing way,so as to promote the healthy and continuous development of Weifeng Farm.
