The production plan plays a dominant role in the production and operation of petrochemical enterprises.How to cope with crude oil resources according to market demand,rationally arrange production,and fully realize the maximization of benefits are important topics for petrochemical companies to enhance their market competitiveness and achieve survival and stable operations.A petrochemical company is an important heavy oil processing base in China.Since the drop in oil prices,the benefits have been severely damaged.This thesis is based on the APS system.According to the principle of linear programming,RPMS software is used to establish the entire production process model of crude oil procurement,processing,product blending and sales from a petrochemical companies of A petrochemical company.The model is used to simulate different programs and the analysis is relatively effective.The production plan realizes the optimization of the company's production plan.The paper first establishes the mathematical model corresponding to the production process,then establishes the production process model in the RPMS software,and then applies the actual production data calibration model.Applying the calibrated model to establish a model with upgraded gasoline quality as a basic model,diagnoses the entire plant's processing flow under low load,and pointed out that the current bottleneck of the whole plant benefits lies in the three aspects of poor oil processing efficiency,low lubricating oil added value,and excessive production of asphalt,and put forward a high-pressure lubricant hydrogenation program and propane deasphalting program,the two programs were simulated.According to the simulation results,the high-pressure hydrogenation scheme for lubricating oil can increase by 108.6 million yuan per month compared with the basic scheme.In the high-pressure hydrogenation scheme for lubricants,the benefit of the shutdown state of furfural clay is increased by 17.62 million yuan per month.The benefit of the propane deasphalting program has increased by RMB 18.42 million per month compared with the basic plan,an increase of RMB 82.82 million per month over the plan I.The application of the APS system for the optimization of production plans and the analysis of the economic benefits of the new plans provides a certain guidance for the production plan and has theoretical and practical values.
