Since the opening to the outside world,the country has been in line with the global economy and has been accelerating the development of international trade.It brings new development opportunities for international container sea-rail combined transportation.Although the trend of sea-rail combined transportation in China's coastal ports is increasing year by year,the average proportion of total sea-rail combined transportation in port throughput is relatively low,and there is a large gap between sea-rail combined transportation and foreign ports.One of the reasons for this situation is that the efficiency of Rail-sea combined transportation is relatively low compared with that of road transportation.Therefore,it is very important to improve the efficiency of international container Rail-sea combined transportation,and the transfer of container between port and port station is the key link in the process of container Rail-sea combined transportation.The study on the transfer efficiency of international container Rail-sea combined transportation can promote the better development of international container Rail-sea combined transportation and help to realize its strong transport capacity.The main contents of this paper are as follows:At first based on the analysis of the current situation of container sea-rail combined transportation in China,this paper forecasts the volume of sea-rail combined transportation in some ports,and finds out the existing problems in sea-rail combined transportation.Among them,the dismantling and packing of containers has a greater impact on the transfer efficiency.Then by dividing the container transfer process into import dismantling and packing process,import non-dismantling and non-loading process,export dismantling and packing process and export non-dismantling and non-loading process,the transfer process of sea-rail combined container between port and port station is analyzed.Based on the analysis of the development status of sea-rail combined transportation,this paper puts forward that the container dismantling yard should be set up at the port station to replace the terminal freight station for the dismantling and packing of sea-rail combined transportation containers.And it gives the reasons for setting up the dismantling yard separately,and analyses the container transfer process after setting up the dismantling yard.Then on the basis of setting up dismantling yard,this paper establishes the transshipment optimization model of export containers in port station between loading and unloading line,dismantling yard and container yard of port station,and puts forward the method of using VC++ to simulate the loading process.Finally,an example is given to simulate the transfer efficiency optimization model of international container sea-rail combined transportation.By analyzing the simulation results of the example,the reasonable allocation scheme of handling and transportation machinery in the example is given.it is in order to maximize the efficiency of the minimum resource within the port then to improve the transfer efficiency between the port and port station.
