Over a long period of time, due to the monopoly of power, power supply enterprises in the past relationship between supply and demand in long-term strong position, as only a local power supply enterprise, customers need electricity there is no choice, only silently endure the unfairness of the power supply and demand relationship, customer service basic tend to be powered enterprises ignore, "electric tiger", "pa" for synonymous with strong power supply enterprises began to appear in the customer. Soon, the national development and Reform Commission will try to open the sale of electricity market, the introduction of competition, power monopoly is about to be broken, which makes power grid enterprises are facing greater challenges. Power supply enterprises in the face of such challenges, but also began to change the concept of the past, more and more attention to customer service. In this new supply and demand situation, how to keep the customer has become a new topic. This paper is taking this as the research purpose.At present, there are already many countries to carry out the evaluation of customer satisfaction research, and developed several sets of customer satisfaction evaluation tools, the more popular is the Swedish customer satisfaction model, European customer satisfaction model and American customer satisfaction model. Satisfaction research in China started late, but through the tireless efforts of many scholars also made some achievements, customer satisfaction evaluation process established satisfaction model, customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction result analysis, and according to the results of the analysis of customer satisfaction, put forward improvement measures of customer satisfaction.The in previous studies, to power industry customer satisfaction as the research object, build for s power supply company customer satisfaction index system model, using analytical hierarchy process(AHP) analysis of each index in the method of quantitative indicators, and through the questionnaire and data calculation, comprehensive s power supply company customer satisfaction evaluation of the results obtained, according to the evaluation results, analysis of the s power supply company and enhance the direction of proposed customer satisfaction the path of ascension. This paper also for other power supply company customer satisfaction improved and provide the reference.
