Research On The Preparation Of Urban Vision Strategic Planning

Cities with leading world economic status have compiled urban strategic planning.Rec ently,Wuhan,Hangzhou,Changchun,Chengdu,Qingdao and other cities have set a new wa ve of strategic planning for urban vision based on the development goal of the 100 th anniver sary of the founding of the country.However,from the existing research,the strategic planni ng of urban vision is relatively short in China.There is no complete theoretical system and c ompilation method as its support,and it faces the research status of “practice first,theory ba ck”.This paper uses the relevant knowledge of urban planning disciplines to analyze the urb an vision planning and related planning,in order to clarify the basic connotation of the urban strategic planning and the characteristics of long-term,trend,summary,illegal qualitative an d appropriate;analysis China’s urban vision strategic planning is mainly due to globalization,decentralization,urbanization,to make up for the deficiencies in the existing urban planning system,to meet the impact of national development strategies and other reasons;from strate gic guidance,space control and regional Coordination to illustrate the important role of the p reparation of strategic vision planning;summed up the key content and preparation process o f the urban strategic planning.In the research method,the method of coding the planning tex ts of New York,Melbourne,Shenzhen and Wuhan is mainly adopted.The data is processed b y the qualitative research software Nvivo12.The analysis of the domestic and international u rban strategic planning is mainly focused on: planning Background,planning vision,main co ntent of planning,and planning process.Finally,through the research results of grounded theory,the "Chengdu Vision Develop ment Strategic Planning Report" is summarized and evaluated.It is concluded that the prepar ation of urban vision strategic planning plays an important role in guiding urban developmen t;large cities and megacities should be the main body for the preparation of long-term strate gic planning;relevant conclusions such as the level and status of urban strategic planning sh ould be clarified.Put forward some thoughts on the preparation of urban vision strategic plan ning and urban development as a prospect for future research work.
