| With improvement of network and electronic business technology,dual-channel sales model has been the best choice of fresh agriculture products supplier.Dualchannel supply chain of fresh agriculture products has been one of the emphases for research in academic circle.In recent years,with the successful application in many companies like Hemafresh and Missfresh,pre-warehouse model has aroused many people’s attention over the society but the research in pre-warehouse is still tiny.Accordingly,this study is based on the premise that dual-channel supply chain members of fresh agriculture products take preservation measure to keep freshness and that supply chain demand under freshness influence.We add the situation of pre-warehouse cooperation to research the changes in supply chain members’ decisions.Then we designed a efficient supply chain coordination contract to weaken the collision between the online and offline channels in dual-channel supply chain.Finally,coordination of supply chain was achieved,both supply chain members can achieve a win-win situation.Dual-channel supply chain of fresh agriculture products with freshness assurance.We based on a dual-channel supply chain model consisting of one retailer and one supplier,which the latter was the leading part.On this basis we suppose that supplier and retailer will take preservation measure to keep the same freshness which is beyond consumers’ psychological expectation of fresh agriculture products.Then we build a dynamic game model of dual-channel supply chain model of fresh agriculture products to analyze the profit of supply chain in centralized and decentralized decision making.Finally we used data analysis to research the influence of freshness on price,demand and profit in supply chain.Based on the above research,we add the situation of pre-warehouse cooperation to consider the influence in dual-channel supply chain of fresh agriculture products and build dynamic game model to analyze the profit of supply chain in centralized and decentralized decision making.Then we compare the profit of supply chain in the situation of pre-warehouse cooperation with the situation of no-pre-warehouse cooperation to illustrated the necessity of pre-warehouse cooperation.Designed a efficient quantity discount contract to improve supply chain members’ profit to achieve the coordination of supply chain.Research shows that supplier should take pre-warehouse cooperation with the retailer who has more offline store to improve the profit of the whole supply chain.In the same time,members of supply chain should improve its own ability of bargaining to share more profit in the supply chain. |
