In recently years, due to its decentralized and globalized nature,cross-border e-commerce create flexible trading methods for traders and been gained recognition by them. Many companies choose some cross-border e-commerce platforms to settle in to expand them busiess. In Chinese cross-border e-commerce transaction structure,B2 B business accounts for more than 80% of the scale, which is the main force of cross-border transactions.Along with the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce,the huge flow of funds in the transaction process has attracted more and more fraudsters. The hidden fraud in the cross-border e-commerce transaction not only leads to the asymmetry of security and responsibility, but also brings many worries to cross-border traders.Although the e-commerce virtual trading environment brings convenience to traders, traders cannot monitor it.In order to promote GMV,the e-commerce relax the review of his member, which brings huge security risks to the transactions. With the development of network information technology,it is becoming more and more common for fraudsters to implement accurate fraud by grasping the detailed information of users. In addition to the cross-border e-commerce B2 B trading environment itself, the cause of fraud is also related to the immature trading psychology of traders, asymmetric trading information, and fraudulent pursuit of high returns. At present, the imperfect legal system of cross-border e-commerce supervision is a realistic reason for fraud.Cross-border e-commerce fraud seriously undermines the effectiveness of the cross-border e-commerce transaction market and damages the trading environment. In order to compensate for the losses caused by fraud,e-commerce platforms usually increase risk control measures in multiple links, but inevitably, the implementation of each measure will bring losses to users and increase transaction costs.More importantly, the e-commerce company's self-examination and self-correction behavior can not meet the impact of the entire environment on fraud.Establishing a secure cross-border e-commerce B2 B trading system first requires an e-commerce platform, traders, transportation companies and customs to establish a secure trading environment.Secondly, the e-commerce platform needs to move more transactions to the online,so that the transaction becomes regulated, and even the e-commerce platform needs to guarantee the transaction.A safe cross-border e-commerce trading environment also requires policy support and protection. The law strictly defines and cracks down on fraud, and the coalition government and related agencies increase legal support for cross-border transactions.Finally,anti-fraud work is also inseparable from the promotion of traders and the construction of anti-fraud talents.Through a multi-party linkage,a complete anti-fraud system can be established to fundamentally solve the fraud problem. The analysis and countermeasures of the causes of cross-border e-commerce B2 B business fraud will help to clearly recognize the current status of the industry and the importance of anti-fraud work.Effectively combat cross-border e-commerce fraud to protect cross-border transactions in an orderly manner, maintain the healthy development of cross-border e-commerce transaction market, enhance the level of foreign trade, and promote the all-round development of the market economy.
