With the extensive application of computer and internet technology, electronic commerce has developed quickly in the global, during this period cross-border e-commerce in China has also made unprecedented achievements, which encountered resistance and the challenges of the future invented more significantly affect the development of cross-border healthy and sustainably. With the growing competition in the market, cross-border e-commerce model is always changing, the risks of companies involved in the implementation is increasing gradually. A number of traditional enterprises actively involved rely on their own resources, or is highly concerning, poised to take off, for these enterprises, the tide of cross-border e-commerce is an opportunity, is also a challenge.First, this paper summarizes the current cross-border e-commerce business model,with the analysis of the transaction cost theory pointed out that cross-border e-commerce has incomparable advantages compared with general trade. However, the constraints of time and space affected by the internet cross-border e-commerce suppliers face a greater risk of default, which led to supervision costs and default costs increase. How to optimize the process of cross-border e-commerce itself, reduce the risk of default, it relates the overall transaction costs.Secondly, this paper analysised the status and problems of China’s cross-border e-commerce, and point that China’s cross-border e-commerce development is facing environment construction and boundary clearance problems, supporting services industry and legal policy issues four issues. And solve these four problems would better promote the healthy and steady development of China’s cross-border e-commerce.Then, discusses the necessity and feasibility of implementing cross-border e-commerce by D port group. Focuses on the analysis of D port group’s advantages, and explains how to apply these advantages into the basis of cross-border electricity supplier, it is pointed out that the self B2 B cross-border e-commerce platform model is feasible.At the end, through analysis of the possible risks of the implementation of cross-border e-commerce in D port group, it’s necessary to build an integrated modern logistics system for reducing cross-border e-commerce logistics costs through cooperation with domestic and foreign logistics enterprises. build a platform payment system and lay the groundwork for improving transaction security and the future internet finance through cooperation with banks.
