Research On Quality Management Pattern In R&D Of BE Institute Based On QFD Theory

Nowadays,medical equipment has gradually become a new industry,its development depends on the technological level of ascension,and also promote the progress of the related basic subjects.This industry is a knowledge intensive type,capital accumulation,multidisciplinary cross and high quality requirements of characteristics of high-tech industry,and its research and development achievements directly applied to human body health and treatment.The research institute is determined to develop medical equipment products with independent intellectual property rights.Therefore,the quality management of the product type is decisive to the development of the institute.With the research institute as the research object,this paper analyses its relatively weak link of quality management,and describes the research contents and methods.The thesis introduces the basic theory applied for the purpose of this research——Quality Function Deployment(QFD),and introduces the application of the core method——House of Quality(HOQ).Moreover,it describes the related application method,Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and Failure Mode,Effects and Criticality Analysis(FMECA).The thesis analyzes the problems existing in the management status of institute combined with the research object,and formed a new pattern of organization structure and working process.It establishes the suitable for medical equipment R&D of project quality management pattern of the system.The system includes three stages and six steps.First stage is to ensure that the product development based on customer demand,and clearly showed the important points of customer requirements.Second stage is according to customer demand for the corresponding technical points the design of the main technical points and establish development priority level.The third stage is to integrate the two kinds of management method to establish feedback mechanism of continuous improvement,to further ensure the reliability of the management pattern.Lastly,the paper used a medical protective mask product development as an example,this management pattern has achieved good benefits,ensure the consistency of the design research and development,ensure that meets the requirements of customers,and enhance the communication between the different departments,promoted by the R&D efficiency.The pattern fully meets the requirements of R&D management reform,ensures that the design is oriented to market demand,and ensures the consistency of R&D design.Later panel used the pattern to deal with the medical protective mask product development,this pattern was verified in the field,through the application of the management pattern makes the project has achieved good returns.Compared with the original project management method,this pattern improves the targeted technical research and development,reduce the unnecessary technical planning,effective shorten the product development cycle,and in the later aspect in continuous improvement ensure the consistency of the design research and development and to meet the customer demand and overall improved the problems existing in the research and development management,enhance the communication between the department coordination,promoted within the R&D efficiency.The development and application of this product has been well received in the research institute.This pattern meets the special needs of medical device research and development quality management,and has certain demonstration significance.
