Research On Quality Management Of Large Imported Medical Equipment Installation In C Company

With the development of China's medical industry,the number of large-scale medical equipment installed in hospitals is increasing.The installation of medical equipment is the starting point and beginning of the whole life cycle of medical equipment,and is the prerequisite for the normal operation of equipment.In this paper,the quality management of C company's imported large-scale medical equipment installation is studied in order to improve the quality management level of C company's equipment installation.The research results also hope to provide reference for the same company.In this study,adhering to the Six Sigma quality management concept,using the DMAIC method,the installation quality management process of C enterprise is studied in detail and the improvement scheme is put forward.Through this study,it is found that the key customers of C company have extended the content of equipment installation quality.They need not only high quality function and performance after the installation of medical equipment,but also shorten the construction period of equipment installation to be controllable.In view of the new customer demand,this article through to the influence installation quality factor carries on the investigation analysis,proposed the installation process improvement opinion and Total quality control plan which include the pre-inspection,in-process control and after-inspection.Finally,a pilot project was carried out to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the improved scheme.The function,performance and time limit of the installation equipment were effectively controlled and improved.
