At present,the rapid development of mobile finance has brought opportunities to the traditional financial industry and triggered challenges.Among them,the small and medium-sized commercial banks are restricted by both business and technology constraints and their development prospects are not clear.This is due to the diversion of funds from mobile finance to small and medium sized commercial banks,which brings opportunities for non-financial institutions to invest in developing competitive products,and triggers the rise of new products such as online investment,third party payment and other new products,which will impact the traditional business of small and medium-sized commercial banks.Therefore,the strategy adopted by small and medium-sized commercial banks to take advantage of the potential of promoting the development of mobile financial products in the industry is an urgent issue to be resolved.In order to better solve this problem and adopt the concept of tracing the origins,we started with the origin of mobile finance to study its relationship with the development of small and medium-sized commercial banks,and found that it is important for small and medium-sized commercial banks to grasp the importance of developing mobile finance under the influence of macro-environment.And by the current situation of mobile finance in the development of small and medium-sized commercial banks,the impact and the problems brought,further analysis of the internal relations between the two and draw relevant conclusions.In order to verify the truthfulness and reliability of the above results,the case of X City Business was chosen to combine the model and the theory to study the development of its existing products.The questionnaires were used to summarize and summarize the customers of X City Commercial Bank using mobile financial products and use factor analysis.Correlation comparison,thus the X city business bank in the customer group selection,product development and customer high demand three aspects of the situation summary,and then summed up the small and medium commercial banks in the mobile financial development of the constructive strategic planning.After study,the small and medium-sized commercial banks should break through the inherent thinking in the development of mobile finance,strengthen technology leadership in product development,strengthen their own Internet thinking and Internet technology applications through cooperation with specialized companies,and use technologies such as big data to deeply understand customers' needs,pay attention to the effective combination of product innovation and operational use,and provide security protection based on customer experience.At the same time,detailed management measures and compensation mechanisms were introduced to build a solid line of defense for customer safety.Finally,the small and medium-sized commercial banks should clearly positioning itself,thus to promote itself as the core,the cross-regional institutions for the construction of the radiation of mobile life circle,to provide a richer,more close to the life of immersion integration of mobile financial services,to promote mobile bank full application and development of financial products.
