Large-scale nuclear power equipment manufacturers are particularly prominent in the entire supply chain,enterprise procurement management,product manufacturing and terminal sales management.Purchasing management is particularly prominent in terms of procurement costs from the three aspects of order/contract management,cost management,and supplier system.The annual procurement cost is on the rise.The procurement cost problem is mainly reflected in both process and logistics.First,the process problems are as follows: the degree of informationization of cost control is low,the process links are unreasonable,the suppliers are flawed,the distribution of centralized procurement authority is unreasonable,and the bidding management system needs to be improved.Second,the logistics problem is as follows: there is no separate logistics cost accounting system,and the procurement and inventory costs are too high.Then the corresponding countermeasures are proposed in combination with the problem.First,process optimization measures: manage inventory from the perspective of supply chain,adjust overall purchasing supervision power,rationally use multiple procurement methods,improve bidding procurement measures,improve supplier super-vision level,and establish strategic alliance relationship with suppliers Strengthen management control over the implementation of centralized procurement results.Second,logistics improvement measures: reduce the logistics cost of enterprises by strengthening accounting,establish a modern information system to reduce the logistics cost of enterprises,and build an external logistics system.Finally,through the raw material procurement cost,logistics transportation cost and procurement efficiency,the improvement effect is comprehensively evaluated to reflect the organizational performance of procurement management.By actually comparing the procurement costs of 2016 and 2017,it was found that the cost expenditure in 2017 was reduced by 13.48%,which completely reversed the upward trend of cost and increased the ability of enterprises to benefit.The measures mentioned in this article on procurement issues hope to provide certain support to enterprises with similar problems,thereby improving their economic returns and jointly creating a more complete economic market.
