Research On Compensation For Reconstruction Of Urban Villages In Yueqing City,Wenzhou

Urban villages is the product of the regional development,expansion,renewal and urbanization of the city.Among them,the compensation for the reconstruction of urban villages involves a series of issues such as society,people's livelihood,economy and culture.It shows the scale of the rapidly developing city on the one hand and the fairness of the distribution of social benefits on the other hand.Thus in the process of urban villages reconstruction,scientifically establishing compensation standards,compensation methods,and improving compensation policies are very important for the development of modern urbanization.The villagers in the village have the scarce resources of the city-land.There are two main forms for villagers to obtain income.One is renting a house to obtain rent,and the other is renting an open space to obtain a rent.In view of this,if the villages in Urban villages are to be rebuilt,the residents must be resettled and compensated to be matched to protect the interests of the residents.Compensation for house demolition is an indispensable part of the transformation of urban villages,and this work has been a long time and complicated procedures.The development of this work is directly related to the success of urban villages reconstruction,which is also the key to the vital interests of the villagers living in the village.Many villagers will expand their own interests in order to obtain huge amounts of demolition expenses in the process of urban villages reconstruction,which will lead to many contradictions among demolition residents,demolition offices and developers.At the same time,other relevant stakeholders will also lead to more conflicts in order to obtain as much self-interest as possible.In view of this point,this paper selects the specific case of the transformation of urban villages in Yueqing City,and discusses the related issues of compensation for demolition and resettlement in the reconstruction of urban villages.Comparing the practice of this content in the demolition of other cities in China,this paper analyzes the relevant systems and standards for the demolition and resettlement compensation established in the process of urban villages reconstruction in Yueqing City,and lists the city's solution to the problem here.Based on the relevant problems,the reasons for the analysis and the related measures for the compensation for the reconstruction and resettlement of the urban villages in the city were put forward.Through the study of the theory involved in the compensation for urban villages reconstruction and the compensation scheme for urban villages reconstruction in Yueqing City,this paper proposes to explore the compensation mode of sustainable development,improve the relevant standards and policies of compensation for demolition,standardize the compensation procedure for demolition of small property houses under the background of urban villages reconstruction,and construct a more perfect social security system.It provides useful reference for urban villages of other areas.
