Research Of The Problem Of House Demolition In "Urban Villages" Renovation

In recent years, we have witnessed the transformation of large rural land into urban construction blueprint with the rapid development of our nation's economy and that of urbanization. Once again, followed with the urban acceleration aiming at the optimization of land usage and the realization of expansion targets, the workload of rural house removal has been increased, entering into a fast moving stage. However, we should consider it as a piece of work related to government policies, social economics and lives of people in the countryside, which is a complicated task concerning the national interests and the collective interests as well as the personal benefits of individual rural family. The success of rural demolition, house compensation, and removal settlement would have direct impact on the implementation of urban strategic planning, making it a vital element for social stability in our country. Hence, the issue has increasingly become the focus of the government and the public.This research takes the house demolition in"urban villages"renovation of Huangdao district Qingdao city as an example, adopts to carry on the induction and analysis the status of the house demolition of Huangdao district, worthy of our reference experience and the main problems. Using contingent valuation method to have question investigation and analyze the influencing factors to the house demolition. We puts forward some suggestions about the house demolition of Huangdao district on this basis.
