Study On The Influencing Factors Of Endowment Insurance Payment Level Of Urban And Rural Residents In Xuchang,Henan

By the end of 2018,China's elderly population over 60 years old has reached 249 million,accounting for 17.9% of the total population.It is estimated that by 2050,China's elderly population over 60 years old will reach a peak of 487 million,accounting for34.9% of the total population.Population aging is the basic national condition throughout the 21 st century in China.It is a long-term strategic task to actively deal with population aging.Henan Province has implemented the new rural social endowment insurance since2009 and the urban and rural residents endowment insurance since 2014,and has realized the transformation of "system from scratch,coverage from narrow to wide,treatment from low to high,overall planning from division to harmony,service from weak to strong".In2018,the pension insurance participation rate of urban and rural residents in Henan Province has reached 98.7%,basically achieving full coverage.The number of people receiving benefits has increased to 14.45 million.The number of people participating in and receiving benefits has reached a record high,ranking first in the country.Old-age insurance for urban and rural residents is the cornerstone of realizing the "old-age support" of urban and rural residents,the starting point of promoting the overall planning of urban and rural social old-age security system,and an important driving force for improving the development of China's social security system.As the core of the social endowment insurance system,"payment" always adheres to the principle of equal rights and obligations;the level of payment of urban and rural housing insurance directly affects the sustainable development of urban and rural residents' endowment insurance in China.The main purpose of this study is to provide necessary experience and guidance for the comprehensive promotion of the old-age insurance system for urban and rural residents in Xuchang City,Henan Province,through empirical analysis of the influencing factors of the level of urban and rural residents' old-age insurance contribution.Firstly,this paper elaborates the development process of the endowment insurance system for urban and rural residents in Henan Province;secondly,through questionnaire survey,it finds that the overall payment level of the endowment insurance for urban and rural residents in Xuchang is low;on the basis of integrating the field survey,it uses logistic regression analysis method to analyze the impact factors on the endowment insurance payment level of urban and rural residents in Xuchang City.Based on theinvestigation,the paper makes suggestions to improve the level of urban and rural residents' pension insurance contribution,and then promotes the sustainable development of urban and rural residents' pension insurance system.
