In the 21st century,science and technology medium and small-sized enterprises have become one of the major components of China,s economic development,which directly related to the enployees' enthusiasm and company's competitiveness.Therefore,a scientific and reasonable salary system designing is an urgent task for enterprises to achieve the overall development strategy,It's also the key for the company's human resources strategy.Thus paper reviews CH's compensation system,studies the research results of salary system and the related theories of scholars at home and abroad,and analyzes the relevant issues in the current salary system.Meanwhile,the company's development characteristics,employees' status and personnel composition have been reviewed as to develop a new compensation system.The program focuses on the redesign of CH's job structure,rank,salary structure and salary coefficient,and constructed a complete salary distribution system for CH.
