In order to improve the company’s job and salary system effectiveness, fairness and motivation, as well as keep lawful of this system, this study work through in-depth interviews and focus group interviews to conclude four issues, which as:(1) the salary conception is out of time which pressing company’s energy, (2) the base of salary system is too indistinct to make effective or fair enough, (3).the salary line is not adaptive to the change of industry, and (4) the compensation structure is not reasonable cause the incentive problem.In the analysis of cause problems based on the formulated compensation system optimization strategy, defined by the post value based, performance and ability assisted paid principle, take a leading compensation positioning, create a culture of competition and cooperation coexist in the compensation, and through combing the post system, job evaluation, salary level anchor set, salary structure design, the salary system change and job and salary system formulation of six measures to implement the optimization strategy.The optimized salary system, in terms of legitimacy, fully comply with the "new labor law" requirements; in the normative aspects, the company laid a unified standard of job and salary management; in fairness, a change in the past to the status of the income of all employees to provide a fair competition and promotion opportunities; in the incentive effectiveness, to give all types of employees more full development space and channel; in terms of economic efficiency, to achieve the minimum set to change the cost of the transition, in terms of flexibility, through the serialization design for the future structure adjustment to retain the flexibility to adjust space and convenience.
