In recent years,with the increasing complexity of the social environment,decision-makers need to consider more and more factors when dealing with decision-making problems.Multi-attribute decision-making has become a new hot spot for people to study.When decision makers deal with decision problems,the complexity of the problem itself and the differences of decision experts' own cognition all lead to the ambiguity and uncertainty of decision information.Intuitionistic fuzzy information can well describe the characteristics of decision information,with greater practicality.Therefore,this paper studies the model of multi-attribute decision making based on intuitionistic fuzzy information and applies it to the problem of emergency decision making.Firstly,the related theoretical research on scoring function and entropy based on intuitionistic fuzzy information is reviewed.The related theories of intuitionistic fuzzy set and multi-attribute decision making are introduced.Secondly,the multi-attribute decision making problem based on intuitionistic fuzzy information is analyzed.The characteristics of intuitionistic fuzzy information,its acquisition method and its role in multi-attribute decision-making are introduced.The definition,classification and nature of intuitionistic fuzzy information multi-attribute decision-making basic elements and general steps.The qualitative analysis of multi-attribute decision making based on intuitionistic fuzzy information paves the way for the model research of multi-attribute decision making based on intuitionistic fuzzy information.Thirdly,for the multi-attribute decision making problem with intuitionistic fuzzy information,two multi-attribute decision-making models based on intuitionistic fuzzy information are proposed.One is to construct the multi-attribute decision-making model of intuitionistic fuzzy information by using the function of scoring function.Firstly,the improved scoring function converts the intuitionistic fuzzy information into real numbers.Then,using the foreground theory to construct the foreground decision matrix,acomprehensive consideration of the subjective and objective weights is established.The optimization model of the constraint is used to obtain the weight of each attribute.Finally,the principle of maximizing the foreground value is used to select the optimal scheme.The other is to construct the multi-attribute decision model by using the theory of intuitionistic fuzzy information entropy.Firstly,the appropriate intuitionistic fuzzy information entropy is used to determine the weight of each attribute.Then,the comprehensive evaluation value of each scheme is obtained by the weighted average operator which considers the cross-affiliation of non-affiliation degree and hesitation degree.Finally,using an improved scoring function to select the optimal solution.Finally,through the typhoon “Mangosteen” disaster as an empirical analysis background,the emergency decision-making problem in flood disasters in Yangchun City was studied,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the method were verified.
