Enterprise decision-making is a complex system composed of decision makers, alternatives and evaluation attributes. The relationship among the components is closely related. Because mobile Internet, big data, cloud computing and other new technologies are increasingly popular, and the speed and quantity of information grows explosively, decision makers are often difficult to detect the value of the decision information, and using fuzzy approach to express the information related to the decision-making matters is more reasonable. Constructing intuitionistic fuzzy multiple attributes decision model based on complex system perspective can help to study the internal relationship of decision factors from the whole system perspective, and reflect the non-linear and mutational feature in decision making system. Furthermore, the model can more accurately describe the uncertain characteristics of alternatives and attributes implicated, and compensate the limitation of the subjective cognition for decision makers in order to improve the satisfaction of decision-making results.First of all, this paper argues that the attribute weights are not fixed which should be adjusted according to the changes of alternatives so that the model which is proposed by this paper performs better the non-linear relationship between the attribute weights set and the alternatives set. So using the SW method with the steps of determining the weights of attributes is given. The paper uses the intuitionistic fuzzy weighted aggregation operator to aggregate the evaluation information of the alternatives given by the decision makers in different attributes in order that we can start from the overall evaluation attributes to judge the advantages and disadvantages of alternatives and avoid the errors caused by evaluation of alternatives based on a single attribute. The paper constructs a new intuitionistic fuzzy score function. The function not only reveals the internal influence of the alternatives according to set pair potential theory through the comparison of the alternatives to distribute the hesitation degree initially, but also introduces the risk preference coefficient to distribute the hesitancy degree again. We use the function to calculate the comprehensive score value for the order.Secondly, because of the differences and even conflicts with regard to decision makers in knowledge literacy, values, interest target and other aspects, it is difficult to apply certain number to represent the evaluation information of the alternatives given by the decision makers in specific attributes. It is more appropriate to use the representation of interval number. The evaluation attributes are divided into qualitative attributes and quantitative attributes. Because the understanding of the objective world exists the boundary, the understanding of the attributes given by decision makers is shallow and limited. The interval number is applied to express the condition of alternatives which meets with the specified attribute so that we can deepen the understanding of the nature of attributes. In view of the above reasons, the study is extended to the interval-value intuitionistic fuzzy theory. The paper constructs the new scoring function of interval -value intuitionistic fuzzy. The function first translates real number into interval number, then allocates hesitancy degree in accordance with the theory of set pair potential and the risk attitude of decision makers.Finally, discuss the case of MD enterprise through penetrating into the new industry to carry out the diversified management. We introduce the company background, industry background and development strategy of the MD enterprise. Moreover, we apply the model proposed by this paper to simulation verification. The ranking results of the alternatives prove that the decision model is beneficial to solve the problem of enterprise practical making decision.
