With the introduction of structural reform on the supply side,the state's environmental protection requirements for the secondary industry are increasing year by year.The dust pollution caused by bulk production and transportation enterprises,such as steel making,cement,coal and so on,has become the first major thing hindering the rapid development of enterprises.Belt sweeper is a complete set of belt machine cleaning equipment,which can effectively clean and concentrate the residual materials on the surface of the belt.The current situation is the key period for the rapid rise of the sweeper enterprises and the vigorous development of the industry.Therefore,for a small and medium-sized private enterprise that produces and sells belt sweepers,how to broaden the market,create benefits,and make the enterprise bigger and stronger is the top priority facing enterprises.In this paper,Qinhuangdao CQ company as the research object,the extensive use of marketing theory and research methods,trying to Qinhuangdao CQ company to develop a set of practical,promote its development strategy of marketing strategy.First of all,this paper summarizes and introduces the research background and research status,and puts forward research questions.Secondly,it analyzes the marketing status of Qinhuangdao CQ company,and points out the shortcomings in the sales.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the operation and sales environment of Qinhuangdao CQ company,including macro environment,industry environment and enterprise internal environment,and on this basis,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of enterprise marketing,as well as the opportunities and challenges faced.On this basis,the article formulates the marketing strategy of Qinhuangdao CQ company,subdivides and locates the target market,and puts forward the 4P marketing strategy.Finally,the paper elaborates how to ensure the effective implementation of marketing strategy from production management,performance appraisal,capital management and other aspects,in order to provide guidance for Qinhuangdao CQ company,and provide certain reference for other small and medium-sized enterprises in the same industry.
