The Research Of Knowledge Collaboration Mechanism In Strategic Emerging Industry Cluster

At present,China's economy has been driven by the development of some factors,investment and innovation.Based on major technological breakthroughs and development needs,The strategic emerging industries coincide with the new economic normalization period and meet the needs of the new economic development.In the new normal background,how to better accelerate the development of strategic emerging industries is a major problem that needs to be solved urgently.Emerging industrial clusters are an effective way and an important carrier for the strategic development of innovative emerging industries.There are many knowledge in different disciplines,different industries and different fields within strategic emerging industrial clusters,and each behavior subject will have different levels of knowledge spillover,sharing and interaction.Cluster knowledge collaboration and innovation is an important way to break through technological innovations in strategic emerging industries.Therefore,studying the knowledge collaboration mechanism of strategic emerging industrial clusters is of great significance for the smooth realization of strategic emerging industry technology innovation and the promotion of sustainable development of strategic emerging industries.Combining the unique knowledge attributes of strategic emerging industrial clusters,this paper studies the evolutionary game process of knowledge collaborative participation in the cluster process,and propose that the collaborative strategy is an important factor to maintain the coordinated and continuous development of cluster knowledge;then in the existing market,industry.On the basis of the environment,this paper proposes a strategic emerging industrial cluster knowledge collaboration theory process model based on relevant knowledge management theory and collaborative innovation theory,and analyzes its various links in detail.Finally,it takes more than 300 strategic emerging industries in different regions.The company conducts empirical research to verify the collaboration,collaboration,knowledge attributes,the impact of environmental disturbances,and the impact on the collaborative performance under the intermediary of the cluster knowledge network.The main conclusions are as follows: the resources and capabilities of the cluster industry enterprises The trust coefficient and reward and punishment mechanism have a significant impact on the choice of collaborative strategies by knowledge subjects;their collaboration,knowledge attributes and synergistic intention have a significant positive effect on knowledge collaboration performance,while environmental disturbance has a negative impact on knowledge collaboration performance;Collaboration,Knowledge attributes have a significant positive effect on cluster relationship networks,while environmental disturbances have a significant negative impact on knowledge collaboration performance.At the same time,it is verified that the relationship network has a mediating effect on the impact of various influencing factors on knowledge collaboration performance.This study enriches the theory of industrial clusters,knowledge collaboration,knowledge collaboration theory of strategic emerging industries cluster,and collaborative performance indicator system.It improves the willingness of resource sharing and cooperation among enterprises and plays a role in improving the knowledge collaboration efficiency and performance of strategic emerging enterprises and realizing the industrial innovation upgrade and scale economy effect.
