Research On Performance Improvement Of Parts Supply For DL Company Under PBC

The efficiency and quality of material supply in supply department of manufacturing enterprise effects the performance output.The supply of parts for DL company's supply department is faced with the following problems: The size and performance of suppliers' products can not meet the inspection standards of the supply department,the result is that incoming materials can not be warehousing on time;Supplier and DL company's supply department can not effectively reach the technical issues on the product;Suppliers of product packaging requirements are not clear leads to the product damage during the distribution,the above problems make the product can not reach the production line on time,so that unable to meet the needs of downstream customer orders.Performance-Based Contract(PBC)is a kind of service mode oriented to customer's utility value.So,this dissertation studies the DL company's parts supply performance improvement bases on the PBC.The content of this dissertation is as follows: Research on the conceptual model of DL company's parts supply performance in PBC mode,first of all,using content analysis method to identify the components of supply performance,on this basis,according to the actual process of supply of DL parts supply department,find the problems of supply performance.Then,we make an exploratory analysis on the PBC case of Rolls-Royce,finally construct the concept model of DL company's supply performance in PBC mode.Research on DL company's parts supply performance evaluation under PBC mode,by methods of content analysis and questionnaire,the index system of performance appraisal of parts supply of DL Company under PBC mode was preliminarily constructed.The index system constructed by SPSS19.0 was tested quantitatively.Then AHP method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to evaluate the index system comprehensively to identify key aspects of the performance improvement of parts supply,including sign of performance contract and component reliability supply process in PBC mode;Research on the Improvement of Performance Drivers for DL company,according to the evaluation result of the output performance of parts supply of DL Company in PBC mode,the key driving factors of supply of parts and components are optimized and perfected.According to the realization mechanism of value of PBC,optimize the performance contract of DL Company in the parts supply process and guarantee of reliability of parts and components.This dissertation provides reference for DL company's supply department to improve supply performance.
