| Farmer's cooperative is a new type of rural cooperative economic organization which has been vigorously promoted in Bajilei Town of Nong'an County in recent years to strengthen the collective economy of villages.It is one of the effective ways to increase farmers' income.Therefore,investigating and analyzing the development status of farmers' cooperatives in Bajilei Town of Nong'an County has important practical significance for increasing farmers' income,enhancing product market competitiveness,increasing village collective economic income and promoting the construction of modern agriculture.In recent years,the peasant cooperatives in Bajilei Town of Nong'an County have developed rapidly.However,as a new type of rural cooperative economic organization,there are still some defects in the cooperatives themselves.This time,60 peasant cooperatives in Bajilei Town were taken as research samples.Based on the investigation and analysis of the personnel composition,internal operation and production of the peasant cooperatives in Bajilei Town of Nong'an County,the paper sorted out the peasant cooperatives production.The main problems of Jilei Town peasant cooperatives are as follows: small scale,limited driving capacity;lack of funds,slow self-development;lax management,lack of standardization in operation;weak awareness and low social awareness.At the same time,the root of the deepseated problems lies in the single mode of operation of funds,the low quality of personnel,the weak support of the government,the inadequate management and so on.Therefore,based on the basic principles of cooperative development in Bajilei Town,the following rationalization suggestions are put forward: strengthening the construction of cooperative personnel,developing legal channels of cooperative fund financing,strengthening the construction of cooperative organizational structure,and improving internal mechanism,in order to improve the overall quality of farmer cooperatives in Bajilei Town. |
