Research On The Development Problems And Countermeasures Of Jilin Agricultural Industrialization Leading Enterprises

Agricultural industrialization leading enterprises are the key to promote the process of agricultural industrialization.With the advancement of agricultural industrialization,the scale of leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization in China has been expanding continuously,which has become an important pillar to promote the development of rural productive forces and increase the income of farmers.It has also become an important pillar to promote the transformation and upgrading of agricultural industry,accelerate the prosperity of rural economy,optimize the structure of agricultural industrialization and promote it.The sustainable development of agricultural industrialization is of great significance.However,there is still a big gap between the degree of agricultural industrialization in China and the developed countries,and there are some problems and challenges that need to be solved urgently.Starting from the current situation of the development of leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization in Jilin Province,this paper further analyzes the main problems existing in the development of leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization,and puts forward some countermeasures for improvement.The full text is divided into five chapters.The main contents are as follows:The first chapter introduces the background and significance of this study,reviews the relevant research at home and abroad,introduces the purpose,content,methods and technical routes of this study,paves the way for writing the following.The second chapter introduces the connotation and characteristics of leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization,several forms of leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization and their significance.The basic theories applied in this paper include scale economy theory,transaction cost theory and system innovation theory.The third chapter elaborates the development status of the leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization in Jilin Province from three aspects: supporting policies,main measures and remarkable achievements.The fourth chapter analyzes the main problems in the development of agricultural industrialization in Jilin Province,which are mainly reflected in the imperfection of enterprise management system,the incompatibility between legal construction and standardized management,the lack of sustained and effective innovation ability,the lag of leading enterprise brand building,the imperfection of profit distribution mechanism and linkage mechanism,and the strength of government support.Small,imperfect financing channels and so on.The fifth chapter draws a conclusion and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of leading enterprises in Jilin's agricultural industrialization.
