Evaluate The Technological Innovative Capacity And Research On The Influence Factor Of Leading Enterprises Of Agricultural Industrialization In Jilin Province

In 2014,the State Council issued The Notification about Suggestions on Supporting the Development of Leading Enterprises of Agricultural Industrialization,making clear and definite of the significant strategic status and impact that agricultural industrialization as well as the leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization have towards modern agricultural development.The development of modern agricultural depends on the development of technology innovation,and the main bodies which are able to bring along the development of technology innovation are the enterprises,while the leading agricultural enterprises are the pacemakers among all agricultural enterprises.Therefore the development of technology innovation calls for the guide of leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization.This fact not only plays a key role in the process of developing modern agriculture,but also can boost common prosperity of small and medium agricultural enterprises within certain area.In recent years,although the technology innovation capability of the leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization in Jilin Province has been improved to a certain extent,there are still obstacles existed in the development of enterprises,and the innovation capability of enterprises in general is in a low level.This article takes 30 leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization in Jilin Province as the objects of study,making evaluation towards their technology innovation capability on the base of establishing an index evaluating system for the technology innovation capability of enterprises.The three main aspects of evaluating index are the capacity of input,the capacity of implementation,and the capacity of output in technology innovation.In the meantime,nine second-level evaluating indexes are created.The technology innovation capability of the 30 enterprises are ranked with osculation value method,and an industrial trend is found among grain and food processing industry,animal husbandry products processing industry,and characteristic products processing industry.In order to get a more clear picture of the emphasis that the enterprises place upon the factors of influence in terms of technology innovation capability,the study specified in this article sorts the factors that influence technology innovation capability of enterprises into two categories,being internal factors and external factors.On such basis,the relation between the emphasis that is placed on the factors of influence by enterprises and their technology innovation capability is further analyzed.Taking the currant situation of technology innovation capability of leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization within Jilin Province into account,this article puts forward a comparatively comprehensive,objective and reasonable suggestion for lifting the technology innovation capability of leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization in Jilin Province,thus ensuring a comparatively effective enhancement of the technology innovation capability of leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization in Jilin Province,and enabling them to obtain core competitiveness as well.The following conclusions are drawn in accordance with the analysis and study elaborated in this article:(1)the technology innovation capability of leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization in Jilin Province is at the middle and lower level of the country,and there are wide gaps among different enterprises;(2)there are disparities in technology innovation capability among different industries,with the technology innovation capability of medicine enterprises from characteristic products processing industry at a fairly high level than those of other industry,and the technology innovation capability of grain and food processing industry at the bottom among the three main processing industries;(3)most of the agricultural products processing industries of Jilin Province are doing the works of the initial stage in the whole processing,whereas the level of intensive processing is not high and its capacity is not adequate.
