Research On Technical Risk Management Of Farmers' Professional Cooperatives In Haicheng

In order to support the long-term development of farmers' professional cooperatives and protect the legitimate rights and interests of farmers' professional cooperatives and their members,China promulgated the Law of the people's Republic of China on Farmers' Professional Cooperative in 2007.At this point,the farmers' professional cooperatives have begun the road of development.It effectively integrates farmers with the market,promotes farmers to adapt to the development of market economy,improves the degree of organization of farmers,and improves the standardization level of agricultural products.The establishment of farmers' professional cooperatives has innovated the agricultural production and management system,provided various effective services for the development of agricultural production,solved various contradictions and problems in agricultural development,and helped to adjust and optimize China's agricultural economic structure.It has played an important role in improving the economic income of farmers and improving the quality of life of farmers,and has laid a solid economic foundation for the construction of new socialist countryside in China.According to the statistical data released by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce in 2017,it is found that the number of farmers' professional cooperatives in China has roughly developed to 1.93 million,and the number of farmers entering the society has exceeded 100 million,gradually becoming the backbone of the new agricultural management main body.However,due to the weakness of agricultural production itself,it is necessary to strengthen the risk management of farmers' professional cooperatives and actively prevent all kinds of problems in risk management on the basis of risk assessment and analysis.Make farmers' professional cooperatives improve their ability to resist risks and ensure their long-term development.The scope of operation of Haicheng Farmers' Professional Cooperative has basically included five industries,such as fruits and vegetables,grain crops,livestock and poultry breeding,agricultural machinery and information logistics,to guide farmers to achieve intensive production and large-scale management.Let talented individuals drive small-scale farmers and make them become capable groups to provide strong talent team support for the construction of new rural areas.In the production process of farmers' professional cooperatives,agricultural science and technology can be popularized in time and effectively,improve the scientific and technological content of agricultural products,and reduce the production cost of agricultural products.However,when farmers apply the production technology provided by professional cooperatives to agricultural production,there is a certain degree of risk.Based on this,this paper takes Haicheng Farmers' Professional Cooperative as the research object and adopts field research.Literature research and other research methods understand its development status,focus on the in-depth study of Haicheng farmers' professional cooperatives in technical risk management problems,the reasons for the existence of technical risk management risk assessment and analysis,Thus,the corresponding countermeasures of technical risk management are put forward to promote the healthy development of farmers' professional cooperatives in Haicheng City.
