Application Study On Improvement Of Shield Machine Production Site Of Z Company

Since 2010,China's urban subway construction has entered a period of rapid development.As the most important construction equipment of subway construction,shield tunneling machine has also been imported from overseas into the period of domestic design and manufacturing.Facing such fierce competition in shield construction machine market,how to start from the production management of shield tunneling machine and use scientific management methods to achieve the goal of the improvement of production efficiency and cost reduction have become the problems faced by all shield construction enterprises.This paper starts from the management improvement of shield tunneling machine production site of company Z and makes a detailed investigation on the key problems in the existing shield tunneling machine production site.The problems includes unreasonable layout of the production site,the tedious process of material management on site production,unreasonable process of field shield construction unit installation and field environment chaos,etc.The arrangement of IE and path analysis,management analysis,process analysis,joint operation analysis and 5 s site management methods are analyzed in this paper,and the author proposes improvement measures for each problem.By comparing the data before and after the improvement,this paper verifies the effect of IE method on the improvement of shield tunneling machine production site of Z Company,and achieves the management goal of improving the production site improvement of shield tunneling machine of Z company.Based on the application research of IE method in the production site improvement of shield tunneling machine of Z Company,the author determined the adaptability of IE method to the improvement of the production site management of shield tunneling machine of Z company.As a result,the management level of shield machine production site of Z Company has been significantly improved,and the production efficiency has been significantly improved.The obvious improvement effect also makes Z Company full of confidence in the future management improvement of IE in other businesses of the company.The successful application of IE in the production site of shield machine of Z Company also provides references for the improvement of other customized large-scale equipment production site in China.
