Lean Production-Oriented Production Site Improvements Of WH Thermal Power Company

China’s power industry has been developing rapidly.Power technology has also been constantly leaping. With the formation of more and more industrial parks, many small and medium sized thermoelectric companies are founded to supply power and heat.These newly-founded thermoelectric companies meet many problems in running.Hence there’s much to be explored in production environment management, technology and process innovation, equipment maintenance management information system updating and other aspects. Lean production is usually considered to be the best production organization system in industry. Lean production, combined with the power companies, is in line with current trends and provides a strong support for coping with the crises and promoting reform.In this paper, based on lean production, a study of the production site improvement of WH Thermal Power company is conducted. The work is divided into the following aspects:First, in terms of lean production theory and its application to study abroad elaborate research significance. Following the introduction of the WH Thermos Power company and its equipment and technology status, an analysis of the problems occurring in the production site is made.These problems are mainly about the field environment, maintenance methods, technical processes, information platform, assessment mechanisms. To solve these problems, this article elaborate the following improvement measures:To improve the production site environment with5S management,WHile promoting safety management system; To improve desulphurization and dust removal technology and apply energy-efficient technology to reduce electrical costs. To realize information sharing and unification through continuous improvement OA system, SIS plant-level monitoring system and ERP system.In addition, in order to ensure the smooth implementation of lean production model, build lean standard system, implementation of PDCA production management, staff training, strengthening performance appraisal, are also carried out simultaneously.lean production-oriented production site improvements of WH thermal power company has instructive function for the enterprises to run efficiently.
