The Research On The Project Post-evaluation Of State-owned Enterprise's Equity Investment

Equity investment has become the reform mode which be chosen,in the process of deepening reform of state-owned enterprises.The post-project evaluation which is focus on the enterprise's equity investment should be mainly used.It is good for improving enterprise's assets and economic benefits,especially the maintenance and appreciation of state-owned assets.However,at present,there is no unified and standardized post-evaluation system for equity investment in China.Advanced theories and methods on the basis of evaluation to seriously study the international and domestic projects and combined with the characteristics of state-owned assets and equity investment,this paper studies on the basic features,main theories and methods of project post-evaluation,and builds up a system for the evaluation correspondingly.The conclusions of this study are worked in the case,that J company invest in R company.Using the Logical Framework Method and Success Degree Method,it completely evaluates the equity investment and brings out some relevant suggestions and measures.It believes that state-owned enterprises can use comparative analysis,logical framework,and success evaluation methods to post-evaluate equity investment projects in terms of implementation process,investment effects,impacts,and sustainable development.In the process,it must be followed the systemic,authenticity,impartiality,and accuracy.
