| In the new era,facing the challenge of knowledge economy,the strength of talents can not be underestimated.Talents will gradually surpass capital and become the most scarce resources in the current society.With the increasing value of talents,it is playing an increasingly important role in the development of enterprises.The person and post matching exists in every enterprise,it occupies an important position for effective human resource management,plays an important role in the healthy and orderly development of modern enterprises.In recent years,it is of great significance to deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises and to promote the socialist construction of our country.It is the objective requirement of the sustained economic development of the economy.The reform of human resource management is not only the object of deepening the reform,but also the core of the state-owned enterprises reform successfully.The managers of state-owned enterprises undertake the important duties of enterprises and have an important influence on the realization of the enterprises' strategic objectives.But up to now,the research on the person and post matching of the management for the state-owned enterprises is almost blank.Therefore,this paper takes the managers of the state-owned enterprises as the object,and studies the matching situation of the managers and posts.First of all,this paper summarizes the relevant theories and methods,which lays a theoretical foundation for the scientific rationality of the research on the person and post matching in state-owned enterprises.Next,the emphasis is placed on the construction of the index system for the management's person and post matching.Based on the work analysis,a rational scientific method is used to establish the index system and the standard of the capacity required for the post,and the evaluation index system model of the state-owned enterprise's person and post matching is established,including the knowledge skills,the basic quality,the individual ability,the experience experience and the 19 two level indexes,and the connotation of each evaluation index is analyzed.Using the powerful Matlab software,the relative importance of each evaluation index is obtained by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Each index is screened and the index of low importance is screened out,and the evaluation index system of the person and post matching of the state-owned enterprise managers is optimized.Then,the evaluation index of the person andpost matching of management is used as the input of BP neural network,and the output is the result quantified after the evaluation of the person and post matching,and the BP neural network is used to construct the human post matching evaluation model.Finally,through the example analysis to verify the feasibility of the person and post matching evaluation system for the managers of state-owned enterprises based on BP neural network,it can be applied in the human resources practice,and can provide a scientific basis for evaluating the person and post matching of the state-owned enterprise managers.Based on the BP neural network,this study establishes a matching model for the management of state-owned enterprises.On the one hand,it overcomes the problem of too strong subjective factors in the comprehensive evaluation,and greatly enhances the application scope of the BP neural network.On the other hand,it provides intellectual support and theoretical support for establishing a perfect index system of state-owned enterprise managers' person and post matching.It can provide a scientific and effective basis for the state-owned enterprises to select and improve the overall quality,and perfect the human resource system of the state-owned enterprises.At the same time,it has greatly improved the overall efficiency of our state-owned enterprises. |
