Research On Post-project Evaluation Methods And Application Of Equity Investment

Equity investment is an important part in the Grid enterprises investment, compared with operation assets such as current assets and fixed capital, it is more difficult to manage with more risk. Efficient management of long-run enterprise's equity is an effective way to improve enterprise's assets and raise the economic effects, especially helps to keep and increase the value of state-owned assets. However, domestic research of post-project evaluation currently is mainly focused on the fixed assets construction which is invested by the center, and few on the enterprise's equity investment.Combined with the features of equity investment, this paper analyzes the main characteristics, basic comments and methods of the post-project evaluation of enterprise's equity investment, and builds up a system for the evaluation correspondingly; from the perspective of shareholders value, this paper also makes performance appraise of managers; what's more, by the Logical Framework Approach and Success Degree Approach, comprehensive evaluation of the equity investment is made, and improvement suggestions as well as measures are given after the practical case study.
