The domestic capital market has developed over 27 years.In 2016,the total market value of Shanghai and Shenzhen has ranked second in the world,and the bond issuance scale is the third.Laws and regulations in the capital market have been constantly improved,the proportion of direct financing and the capacity of service manufacturing industry has been increasing year by year.In order to promote the rapid development of the capital market,the CSRC plans to relax the shareholding limit of 51% for foreign securities companies in 2017,and there will be no restriction on the proportion after three years.In 2012,the securities committee lowered the threshold for the establishment of the securities business department,and the securities business department increased rapidly.Meanwhile,the commission rate of the securities industry has dropped rapidly.It is an urgent problem to discuss how to develop securities business department in the new situation.On the basis of literature review,this paper adopts the methods of PEST analysis,SWOT matrix analysis,4Ps marketing theory to dissect the current situation and development trend of China's securities industry.Furthermore,it analyses the internal and external strengths,opportunities,weaknesses and opportunities faced by Foshan Central Business Department,and probes into the business transformation planning strategy and safeguard measures of the Securities Business Department.The results show that: Improve marketing mode,innovate business to accelerate the transformation of economic business of securities business department to wealth management business,while provide targeted strategies for the business development of securities business department;optimize the organizational structure and department functions,further clarify the division of labor and collaboration;build a business culture,increase customer service,staff service input,especially in the "bear market" period,to continue to provide professional services for customers,carry out wealth management knowledge learning,for employees to understand the problems they face,to ease negative emotions;increase human resources investment,pay attention to staff training,improve business ability;improve the business department's assessment and incentive mechanism,set review business tracking progress and business data,improve the competitive atmosphere of the sales department,encourage incentives to be distributed in stages,mobilize staff enthusiasm;strengthen compliance construction,the sales department should establish compliance commissioners,responsible for the compliance management of the sales department,supervision and supervision of staff compliance behavior,and staff should strengthen compliance learning.Strictly enforce the company's rules and regulations,attach importance to the importance of compliance construction,to provide a strong guarantee for the development of the business department.
