Today,China is getting closer to the goal of poverty alleviation in 2020.Because of its bad ecological environment and deep geographical position, the economic development level of Northwest China has been lagging behind that of the central and Eastern regions. Therefore, when China's poverty alleviation work enters a critical stage, the precise poverty alleviation work in Northwest China becomes particularly important. The fundamental task of poverty alleviation is to increase income, and the analysis of the influencing factors of farmers 'income can not be separated from the micro-level research on the structure of household assets, distribution characteristics and liabilities of farmers. However, from the current domestic statistical data, the micro-data related to rural households in poverty-stricken areas in Northwest China is very rare. Therefore,in order to study accurately and reliably, and to have a deeper understanding of the poverty phenomenon of rural households, the author followed the research teal to conduct field surveys in poverty-stricken counties in Shaanxi,Gansu,Qinghai and Ningxia provinces,to obtain relevant data and information, and to the west. The asset structure, distribution characteristics and liabilities of poverty-stricken peasant households in North Field Survey area are analyzed. The income distribution of poverty-stricken peasant households in Northwest China is examined. The development dilemma of poverty-stricken peasant households in Northwest China is deeply analyzed. The threshold effect of local rural credit on income increase of poverty-stricken peasant households is empirically analyzed, which provides theoretical and practical basis. The full text is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is an introduction, which briefly describes the research background and significance of the paper, introduces the main content and research framework of the paper, and puts forward the possible innovations and shortcomings of the paper. The second chapter is a review of the relevant theories and literature. It summarizes the existing anti-poverty theory, the theory of national economic accounting and the theory of rural finance. It also combs the domestic and foreign scholars' research on family balance sheet, summarizes the existing academic achievements, and points out the research fields that have not yet been involved.Chapter three is the research design and data source. It briefly describes the research process and harvest of the author and the research team in the poverty-stricken areas of Northwest China. On this basis,it draws up the peasant household balance sheet in the poverty-stricken areas of Northwest China from the four dimensions of regional factors, education level, risk preference and loans, and analyses The structure of assets and liabilities and income structure, analysis of factors affecting farmers' income.Chapter IV is the threshold effect of rural credit poverty reduction in the poverty-stricken areas of Northwest China.Based on the survey data, taking household income as the explanatory variable, household credit amount as the threshold variable, and arable land area, the number of main household labor force, education level and productive investment as the control variable, this paper empirically analyses whether rural credit in Northwest China has a threshold effect on household income. The fifth chapter is the main conclusions and policy recommendations. It briefly reviews the full text, summarizes the main conclusions of the balance sheet compilation and empirical analysis of rural households in poverty-stricken areas in Northwest China, and puts forward relevant policy recommendations. The results show that the income structure of peasant households in poverty-stricken areas in Northwest China has become the main part of the income structure of migrant workers and business. The proportion of traditional planting income is very low,and even many families have abandoned traditional planting. On the whole, the scale of peasant household debt is in a controllable range, but the credit demand in Qinghai is low.The empirical results show that there is a single threshold effect on household income level. When the credit amount of peasant households is lower than the threshold, the impact on household income of peasant households is not significant, but when the credit amount of peasant households crosses the threshold, the impact on household income of peasant households is significant and positive. The author thinks that when the amount of poverty alleviation loans is low, there is not much left besides helping poor households to subsidize their families, and it is difficult to help form industrial capital.Farmers with more loans can use more funds to make productive or operational investments, and their income level is relatively high. When formulating financial poverty alleviation policies, the government should pay due attention to guiding poor farmers to develop their own industries.
