With the rapid development of society,competition among enterprises is particularly fierce,and all enterprises have improved the competition for high-quality personnel.In the development strategy of enterprises,competition for personnel plays a key role in capital,management,technology mastery and sales market.The unity and cooperation and achievements of the creative team in the enterprise have played a certain role in promoting the development of the enterprise.From the application of capital to the internal management of enterprises,personnel have played a vital role in the development of science and technology to the marketing of the marketing department.In the development of enterprises,the loss of personnel is a major concern of enterprises,because the impact of employee turnover on the company is enormous.Therefore,the solution to the problem of employee turnover is the concern of all enterprises in today's society.The rapid development of knowledge economy makes the competition of various enterprises in the society gradually become "the competition among people".Whether the enterprise can effectively attract the staff,and can succeed in retaining the personnel and motivate the staff to work actively,this has become the decisive factor for the continuous and effective development of the enterprise..At the same time,the problem of the loss of personnel is more serious with the development of the society.The loss of personnel is an urgent problem to be solved in the development of enterprises,and has been paid much attention by many industries and scholars.China Telecom has developed rapidly in recent years,and the high welfare and high income of telecom companies have become a topic of concern for students.But the higher salary of the enterprise has not been able to prevent the loss of employees.Although many telecom companies are actively looking for reasons and taking various means to prevent the loss of employees,the results are not obvious.In view of such problems,this paper sums up the achievements of previous research and studies it,analyzes the problem of employee turnover in the telecommunication industry in detail,finds out the reasons for the related situation,and puts forward relevant suggestions,through the practical guidance model provided by the telecom enterprise managers.It can provide a more reasonable solution to the problem of staff turnover.This article focuses on the current situation and existing problems of staff turnover in China Telecom Zhoushan branch.The article consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction,which explains the background,the significance of the research and the literature review at home and abroad.The second part is about the related research on the turnover of employees,the types of the loss of personnel,the importance of the management of employee turnover and the influence on the enterprises,and the theory of employee turnover;the third part is the Chinese electricity.The analysis of the current situation and reasons for the loss of employees after 90 s of Zhoushan branch,mainly from the post 90 employee department,post distribution and human resource management,found the reasons for the loss of the employees;the fourth part is the research on the solutions to the loss of employees after the 90 s of the China Telecom Zhoushan branch and the original loss of the company's employees.Because of the pertinent suggestions,the fifth part is the conclusion and conclusion,summarizing and summarizing the conclusions.Although the research object of this paper is the China Telecom Zhoushan branch,the research results of the reasons and Countermeasures of the loss of the company's post 90 employees can provide effective solutions and reference for the management of human resources in the same industry.
