With the acceleration of economic globalization and rapid economic development,enterprises have become an important part of the socialist market economy.First of all,market competition is no longer limited to material resources,talents have become the key to competition,and human resources advantages are an important guarantee for enterprise competition.Secondly,the flow of people is the basic mode of talent adjustment,and reasonable mobility can promote the survival of the fittest.However,the flow beyond the reasonable scope will increase the cost of enterprise management and the loss of intangible assets,which is not conducive to the harmonious and stable enterprise,and will cause huge losses to the enterprise.Finally,how to effectively prevent and avoid employee turnover is the key to enterprise human resource management.The loss of employees in today's enterprises has become commonplace,commonplace and even common,and has a negative impact on enterprises,especially for the Internet industry,where the turnover rate is very high,which has attracted more and more attention.First of all,this paper analyzes the research status of employee turnover in the past and the present in China and abroad by combing the relevant theories about employee turnover research.Through the analysis of all the situations of BL company organization framework,personnel composition and staff turnover status,According to the human resources report of BL Company and the relevant data of the Human Resources Department,the relevant data of current employee turnover are compiled.The analysis of frequent employee turnover causes the company to increase the cost of the company,reduce the cohesiveness of the enterprise,damage the intangible assets,and destroy corporate public image and so on.The problems of BL company employee turnover were explored from three aspects: internal and external environment and individual employees.Finally,through the actual factors behind the loss of BL company personnel,the BL Company's salary distribution,recruitment quality,corporate culture,management mechanism,promotion mechanism,training system,employee relationship management and career development planning are targeted to develop BL Company.Risk management measures for the loss of personnel,as far as possible to reduce the loss of personnel and the losses caused by them,to achieve sustainable development of enterprises.This paper believes that BL company adopts measures such as standardizing salary distribution design,improving integration manager's competency,and strictly controlling recruitment quality;improving the external environment of BL by establishing a fair and orderly management mechanism;strengthening employee relationship management and establishing science Promotion mechanism to prevent employee turnover.It is hoped that through this research,combined with the company's internal and external environment to develop reasonable measures to attract talents,retain talents,control the turnover rate,and promote the company's healthy and sustainable development.
