Research On The Influence Of Core Enterprise Leadership On Network Stability

As a cooperative network organization between enterprises,the technology innovation network gets more and more attention from researchers and enterprises.In this network,the core enterprise,as the most influential leader in the network,plays an important leading role in the development and innovation of the whole network.The influence and mechanism of core enterprises on technological innovation network have gradually attracted the attention of experts and scholars.In recent years,the research on the leadership of the core and its role has been constantly emerging.Existing research has recognized the existence of core enterprises' influence on other member enterprises in the network of technological innovation,namely the core enterprise leadership,and pointed out that it has important influence on network organization's operation efficiency,network governance and network performance.And the network stability,as a measure of the performance of the network,is directly related to the long-term health of the network,and it has significant implications for the workings of the network.At the same time,there is no doubt that in the process of core enterprises driving the development of network organizations,the leadership of core enterprises will have a certain impact on network stability.Therefore,it is of great significance to clarify the influence mechanism of the core enterprise leadership on network stability in the technological innovation network,which can promote the long-term healthy development of the network and the improvement of the whole network.Based on the above,this paper makes a research on the influence mechanism of core enterprise leadership on network stability in the network of technological innovation.By sorting out the relevant research of core enterprise and core enterprise leadership,this study defines the concept and dimension of core enterprise leadership,and analyzes and defines the connotation of inter-organizational trust,inter-organizational commitment and network stability in the technological innovation network.On this basis,the conceptual model and hypothesis of core enterprise leadership,inter-organizational trust,inter-organizational commitment and network stability are established.The next task is to issue questionnaires to collect data and conduct statistical analysis of the data to verify the path hypothesis in the model.The research concludes that:Core enterprise's leading force and coordination force have positive influence on network stability.Core enterprise's leading force,coordination force and control force have positive influence on inter-organizational trust.Core enterprise's leading force and coordination force have positive influence on inter-organizational commitment,and core force has an inverted u-shaped effect on inter-organizational commitment.Inter-organizational trust has positive influence on inter-organizational commitment.Inter-organizational trust and inter-organizational commitment have positive influence on network stability.This study is a supplement and improvement of the research on the leadership mechanism of core enterprises in the technological innovation network.At the same time,it provides reference for the long-term stable development of technological innovation network and the practice of core enterprises to promote the development and progress of the whole network organization.
