Research On The Evolution Model Of Business Model Innovation From The Perspective Of Value Proposition

During the 12 th Five-Year,the business incubator in our country formed a solid foundation and a high degree of consensus in the whole society,entering a comprehensive development stage,has become a major component of the national development strategy.The innovation and business incubator system is basically sound,the scale is expanding,the ability is greatly enhanced,and the effect is fully demonstrated.It has created a strong atmosphere of innovation and entrepreneurship,made a positive contribution to the transformation of the economic development mode and the optimization of the economic structure,and has helped push the "double creation" era.However,in spite of its brilliant achievements,China's incubator industry still needs to be promoted and developed in many aspects.The capacity of incubator links and integration of innovation and entrepreneurship at home and abroad needs to be strengthened;the quality of incubator needs to be further improved,value-added services need to be deepened,and the standard of incubator industry needs to be perfected and perfected.In a word,the main contradiction of the development of the incubator in China is the ability and level of the business incubating service in our country,which can not fully meet the great service demand of innovation and entrepreneurship.At the same time,a new round of science and technology and industrial revolution is creating a historic opportunity.China's economic development has entered a new normal state.The public entrepreneurship and innovation have become the new engine of development.The innovation and entrepreneurial activity presents a new law.The great development of the business has new demand for the incubating service.A good innovation and creation ecology is the necessity to promote the development of double wound.The incubator will face greater challenges and higher requirements.Therefore,in order to better cope with a new round of challenges,the business incubator urgently needs to improve the ability and level of the incubator service,and realize the transformation and upgrading of the enterprise through the innovation of the business model.Although the academic circle has not reached a unified consensus on the concept of business model innovation,they all agree that "value proposition" is the core element of business model innovation.Distinct and unique value claims are the source of business model innovation.All aspects of business model innovation should be carried out around value proposition,therefore,based on value owners.It is scientific and reasonable to study the evolution model of business model innovation.In this study,we selected 20 representative articles in 100 SSCI literature,and adopted the three stage root theory analysis method of Strauss three stages,which were open coding,spindle coding and selective coding respectively,forming 4 main categories,10 subcategories,22 refining concepts and 167 initial probability.I put forward the idea of "value proposition network" as the core category to connect various categories and concepts.Through the hierarchy of the roles of the elements in the evolution of business model in the view of value propositions,an innovative evolution model of "scenario dynamics-Thinking-action-results" is established.The research finds that the value proposition network is the core of the innovation and evolution of the business model of the business incubator.The internal and external motivation is the driving factor of the innovation and evolution of its business model.The factors of its former cause,the way and the implementation and resistance are its elements,and the innovation and evolution stage of the business model of the application improvement,the application improvement,the development and innovation.To realize the transformation from a single business mode to a compound business mode.The evolution model is of stages and dynamics,and the elements of business model innovation are adjusted in time with the change of the evolution stage,so as to realize the stage goal of the technology enterprise incubator.In this study,Shaanxi enlightening incubator is selected as an example.According to the innovation and evolution model of business model under the view of value proposition,the paper describes the evolution process of the business model innovation of Shaanxi edification incubator,and evaluates it,and puts forward some suggestions for the commercial model innovation development of Shaanxi incubator.The model of business model innovation and evolution from the perspective of the value proposition of this research is based on the evolution stage of the innovation evolution,the driving factors of innovation and evolution,the elements of innovation and evolution and the essential characteristics of the innovation and evolution,and the process of the business model innovation of the business incubator is combed,and the business model is created for its business model.Some suggestions are provided for the new development.At the same time,the research results of this paper can provide some theoretical support for the evolution and development of business incubator business models.
