Research On Conflicts Of Interest And Resolution In The Transformation Of Old Communities

The old residential area refers to the residential area has been built before 2000,where its backward public facilities has affected the basic life of residents so that they has strong willingness to transform.In recent years,the central government paid much attention on the renovation of old residential estates,and local governments have been exploring suitable "renovation roads" through pilot projects and practices.However,due to the multiple conflicts of interests involved in the renovation of old residential estates,a unified and effective model has not yet been formed.Therefore,to realize the smooth reconstruction of old residential estates,we should analyze and resolve the existing conflicts of multiple interests.Father,it is conducive to improving the urban governance system,improving people's livelihood and economic development.After carefully searching,combing and analyzing the literature and the field investigation on the renovation of the old residential area,this paper makes an analysis.Firstly,this thesis explains and analyzes significance and background of the renovation of old residential estates to build a research framework.Secondly,the conflict theory is used to analyze the nature,characteristics and mutual relations of the conflicting parties in the renovation of old residential estates.Thirdly,by analyzing the difficulties in the renovation of old residential estates,the hidden forms of multiple conflicts of interest have been explored which are verified by the first-hand data obtained from the survey and interview.Finally,according to the definitions of the rational interests of various stakeholders and definitude of their roles in the renovation,this thesis discussed the measures to make the government play an efficient and leading role in old residential estates renovate.These measures include improving the legal system for the renovation of old residential estates,strengthening policy support for the renovation of old residential estates,and strengthening the cultivation of social organizations in old residential estates which can push the renovation implement smoothly even push to realize the good governance of the old residential estate.
