Research On The Performance Evaluation System Of Unicorn Concept Enterprises

Unicorn enterprises refer to start-up enterprises with an estimated value of more than US$ 1 billion.Unicorn concept enterprises include not only Unicorn enterprises,but also important equity-holding enterprises,suppliers and major strategic partners closely related to the enterprises.Since the enterprise has been defined,the national government,investors and research institutions have paid close attention to it.It is of great significance to construct the performance evaluation system of Licorne concept enterprise.However,performance evaluation is also a complicated process.Starting from the traditional performance evaluation theory,this paper takes 149 listed Licorne concept enterprises as the research objects,selects financial and non-financial indicators,constructs evaluation indicators,and divides threshold values respectively from three angles of profitability,growth ability and risk management ability.Combined with the actual situation of China’s A-share market,it uses AHP to construct the performance evaluation system of Licorne concept enterprises.Through the final test,it is found that the overall evaluation accuracy of the performance evaluation system constructed in this paper is relatively high.Through research,we find that the performance evaluation system has a high evaluation accuracy rate for indexes and a very small mismatch probability.At the same time,it has an ideal performance evaluation effect for companies in the same industry.It ranks accurately according to the rate of return,and has a good prediction effect for stable operation of individual stocks,with low absolute error and relative error with actual values.However,for companies with large industry differences,the mismatch ratio is relatively high due to the large differences among companies in different industries from the three angles of evaluation.The comparison of performance evaluation results has certain probability of inaccuracy,but within the acceptable range.Further research and revision are needed.Hope to enrich relevant theoretical research and support the normal and sustainable development of Licorne concept enterprise.
