As one of the three main intermediaries in China's insurance market,insurance marketers play a vital role in promoting the development of the insurance industry.With the abolition of the qualification examination for insurance practitioners in 2015,the number of insurance salesmen has shown an explosive growth,reaching more than 8 million by the end of 2017.In the life insurance market,with the expansion of the scale of insurance salesmen,the scale of life insurance premium has also broken through the 10 billion mark.However,with the rapid development of the insurance industry,the problems are becoming increasingly prominent:the overall quality of insurance salesmen is not high,the team development pays attentions to the quality instead of the quantity,and the loss rate of salesmen is high.Wuxi A Life Insurance Company is a municipal branch of China A Insurance(Group)Co.,Ltd.Since its establishment in 1997,it has made remarkable achievements in premium growth,manpower scale and so on.In 2013,there were more than 3,000 insurance salesmen in Wuxi A Life Insurance Company,Rising to more than 11,000 in 2017,but at the end of 2018,there was a "turning point",ushering in the first negative growth of manpower,which reduced to more than 8,000.This shows that it is imminent to increase the staff growth rate and reduce the turnover rate.The personnel management system of insurance salesmen in Wuxi A Company needs to be futher improved.It is still a long way to go to build a high-quality salesman team..This paper takes the salesman management system of Wuxi A Life Insurance Company as the research object,and explores the methods to improve the salesman management system of the company.By means of questionnaire survey and taking Wuxi A life insurance salesman as the research object,this paper investigates salesman's satisfaction with the company's daily basic management,job welfare guarantee,salary,performance appraisal and Internet technology on job support.The data were analyzed by using SPSS software to find out the key factors affecting the satisfaction of marketing personnel management system.In order to benefit the development of Wuxi A Life Insurance Company,we put forward some countermeasures to optimize salary and welfare security system,performance management system,strict basic management,promote independent management,and use Internet technology to innovate insurance marketing personnel management mode.
