With the rapid development of economic globalization,countries around the world of large companies will be strategic mergers and acquisitions as the extension of enterprises and an important way of enterprise development,the mergers and acquisitions market of our country has been rapid development and growth,especially in some high-tech enterprises mergers and acquisitions is increasing,companies often can realize the complementary advantages of both parties through mergers and acquisitions,thus greatly improve enterprise's competitive advantage,to achieve the effect of 1+1>2.However,ccording to the research results of bain&company,well-known strategy consulting company,80%of the failed mergers and acquisitions cases worldwide are directly or indirectly attributed to merger and acquisition integration.It can be seen that the integration process after merger and acquisition is very important for every enterprise,which is also the easiest to be ignored.Therefore,relying on system theory,M&A theory,scale economy theory and synergistic effect theory,taking the high-tech industry as the research object,Company E M&A Company D as the case by collecting and analyzing relevant data and reading relevant references,this paper makes a thorough study of Company E through literature collation,charts and data analysis methods.The problems of human resources,finance,organizational structure,corporate culture and information system after M&A of Company D are discussed.The corresponding solutions were put forward according to the corresponding problems and the corresponding safeguard measures are given.The occurrence of these problems in the case of merger and acquisition integration of enterprises has a certain representative,the cause of the problem is also common.Therefore,this paper hopes to integrate various companies by studying the merger and acquisition integration problems experienced by Company E.
