A Case Study Of Dalian Wanda Group Merger And Acquisition Of American AMC Company

In the context of globalization,transnational merger and acquisition has become an important way for many domestic enterprises to implement international strategy and open up overseas markets.But judging from the current situation of transnational mergers and acquisitions,the success rate is not satisfactory,some transnational mergers and acquisitions failed to reach a successful deal,although some deal management is poor even once into a loss,achieve the expected goal of the enterprise is really not much.Is a large-scale mergers and acquisitions of China's private enterprises in the cultural industry sector on the Dalian Wanda Group's acquisition of AMC company in the United States,and since the Wanda Group's acquisition of AMC company for four years,AMC turnaround,Wanda Group is bigger,to achieve sustainable development,the reason is worth exploring.In this paper,based on the summary of previous research results,this paper studies the transnational mergers and acquisitions of Chinese private enterprises with the example of Wanda Group merger and acquisition of AMC company.It is found thatWanda Group merger and acquisition AMC aims to accelerate the pace of enterprise transformation,to seize the market share of domestic films,to improve the international competitiveness and brand awareness,so as to further explore overseas markets.Wanda Group's acquisition of AMC,from the financial point of view,Wanda Group's profitability,solvency,operation ability and growth ability have been improved to some extent,and in the implementation of merger of culture,system,incentive management,business model,business and financial aspects of a series of integration work,to maximize play the benefits to the enterprise mergers and acquisitions.Wanda group acquisition of AMC companies in the United States on how to do the preparing work before mergers and acquisitions,how to improve the level of merger talks,what should be done after the merger integration of three aspects,to other domestic private enterprises transnational mergers and acquisitions to enlightenment,for private enterprises to set up the confidence of transnational m&a in our country.
