Research On Financing Of SH Biomedical Enterprises

The new bio-pharmaceutical industry has gradually emerged in China,and the government's support for the pharmaceutical industry has gradually expanded.As China's bio-pharmaceutical industry continues to grow,bio-pharmaceuticals have become an important part of the national economy.Vigorously developing biopharmaceuticals has become an important development strategy for the country.Despite this,China's current support for biopharmaceuticals is still insufficient,especially for small and medium-sized biopharmaceutical companies,which still encounter many difficulties in the process of development.The high-input,light-asset,long-cycle industry characteristics of biopharmaceuticals are still a challenge for the development of emerging small and medium-sized biopharmaceutical companies.This paper takes SH biopharmaceutical companies as an example to study the financing status and financing dilemma of biomedical manufacturing enterprises.Through the analysis of the company's financial status and financing process,we identify the fundamental problems of financing difficulties encountered by enterprises.Through MM theory,asymmetric information theory and trade-off theory as research methods,reasonable financing suggestions and countermeasures are proposed for SH biopharmaceutical companies.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,focusing on the research background and the impact of national capital markets on the development of bio-industry.The second chapter is related theory and literature review,including MM theory,asymmetry theory and trade-off theory.The third chapter takes SH company as an example,focusing on the company's financing status,mainly through the company's financial status indicators and financing history.The fourth chapter of this paper focuses on the financing dilemma of SH company,mainly:single financing method,direct financing is difficult;indirect financing period is short,financing amount is small;external financing cost is high;lack of equity financing,high operational risk.The fifth chapter focuses on the reasons for SH's financing difficulties,including internal and external reasons.The sixth chapter proposes countermeasures and safeguard measures for SH company financing.The countermeasures mainly include internal financing,debt financing and equity financing.The safeguard measures mainly improve the internal management level,retain talents by means of equity incentives,strive for government support and improve corporate finance.mechanism.
