Since entering the 21st century,with the development of market economy,supply side structural reform has become an inevitable choice for China's social development.It is necessary to adjust the economic structure,reduce the proportion of industries with high consumption and low output,optimize the allocation of resources,and improve the quality of output products or services.Demand side reform mainly includes three aspects:investment,consumption and export.In terms of supply,there are such elements as labor force,land,capital,system creation and innovation.As one of the pillar industries of the national economy,the real estate industry has attracted much attention.In the game process of international financial environment,national economic situation and people's livelihood demand,the real estate industry has been seeking the balance between market and policy,and developing in the way of fluctuation.Almost all real estate development enterprises are facing enormous pressure in all aspects,especially survival pressure.In this situation,the real estate enterprises are forced to change the past backward management mode,implement intensive and standardized transformation.At the same time,the introduction of BPR and BPI into China has led to the exploration and practice of many scholars and business managers.In this context,this paper will discuss the feasibility of BPR theory in the field of real estate business,and try to find out the business process reengineering scheme of real estate enterprises through the combination of theory and practice.This paper selects LS real estate company as the research object,mainly around LS real estate company business process reengineering research.First of all,through the analysis of the development process and policy orientation of China's real estate industry,combined with the current situation of enterprise process management,find out the internal and external factors that affect the transformation of real estate business management mode,and prove that business process reengineering is the inevitable choice of real estate enterprises.Second,analyze the current situation of process management of LS real estate company.Using value chain and other methods,reorganize and summarize the scope of business process,and sort out in logical order.By using the importance performance analysis matrix and other methods to identify the key processes that need to be reconstructed in the business process,three processes are selected:project management mode,application for approval and construction,and planning and design.And put forward the reengineering plan for the key process.Finally,from the organizational structure,human resources,corporate culture,information construction and other four aspects to provide security measures for process reengineering.Ls real estate company as a traditional real estate enterprise,its business process characteristics are very representative.BPR theory is introduced into the real estate business for practice,which plays a huge role.It helps enterprises to improve their ability to cope with market changes and solve the problems existing in the process.In order to meet the needs of users,better adapt to the constantly updated national policy,master the new technology of the real estate industry,LS real estate company's business management process is better improved.Enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise,realize the strategic planning goal of the enterprise,and make LS real estate company in an invincible position in the extremely fierce market competition,and provide experience and technology for business process reengineering of the same type of real estate enterprises in China.
