Research On The Selection Of PPP Financing Schemes For The A Urban Ecological Wetland Park Project

In recent years,with the rapid expansion of infrastructure construction,the HJ company has had rapid development through transformation,and achieved great achievements in the field of infrastructure.And at the same time,the HJ company also encountered some new problems in investing and financing 5 which stopped the firm from growing,for example the channel of infrastructure financing is not unobstructed,the concept of investment and financing is out-of date,the asset-liability ratio is too high,which can not attract investment.How to solve the problems in the financing process is particularly important to the development of the company.Under this circumstances,the author analysizes the project of ecological wetland park in A city based on some theories and cases.In this article the financing situation of the HJ company,financing environment,financial status,the advantages and disadvantages of PPP financing of the HJ company are studied.For the project of A city ecological wetland park being implemented by HJ company,three PPP financing design schemes are proposed.By comparing the financing cost,loan repayment period and project risk of the three schemes,the optimal financing scheme is selected.Finally,reasonable implementation and safeguard measures are proposed according to the financing scheme to provide reference for other construction enterprises to study PPP financing scheme.
