| Wetland park is a significant or special ecological,cultural and aesthetic value and biodiversity of wetland landscape as the main body has a certain scale and scope,in order to protect the wetland ecosystem integrity,maintaining wetland ecological process and ecological service function and on this basis in order to give full play to the functions of wetland benefit for the purpose of rational utilization of wetland,available for public viewing leisure or for specific areas wetland science culture and education activities.Urban wetland parkis a into the urban green space system planning wetland ecological functions and typical characteristics to ecological protection,popular science education natural and recreational tour as the main content of the park.First in this paper,according to the characteristics of the wetland park by using the method of risk identification of Weifang whitewater river wetland park project in the construction of all kinds of risks existed in the recognition form the wetland park project risk evaluation index system index system is composed of target layer criterion layer and index layer.The rule layer also includes financial economic development natural enterprise and design risk such as index layer by the construction conditions inflation and other indicators.Second,the fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to determine the index weight evaluate the risks listed above and estimates,and concludes that financial risk in the rule layer provided the highest weight the rest in turn is the enterprise the development,the natural and economic risks.Third,have been put forward for the construction of wetland park project risk in weifang level appear in the prevention of risk countermeasures to cope with the situation for the project development of the leadership to handle risk provides the method and train of thought and the practice of risk management play a certain guidance and reference function. |
