As a high-tech industry,the medical equipment and manufacturing industry has become the guarantee for medical care and big part of national economy.Due to its complexity and specialty,the public,government and company pay more and more attention on this industry.After proceeding the international market,pluralism has become popular for medical instrumentation and equipment manufacturing industry in China.For proceeding international market,opportunities and challenges exist at the same time.This thesis clarifies the medical device equipment and equipment manufacturing industry concept,as well as the competitiveness and medical equipment and equipment manufacturing industry concept after study and analysis of the existing domestic and abroad documents,considering the special situation of Chinse medical equipment and equipment manufacturing industry as well.The theory of competitive advantage and the theory of industrial aggregation are discussed by deductive method.The research methods of industrial competitiveness are described as well.By collecting industrial data of medical equipment and equipment manufacturing industry worldwide,the analysis is done comprehensively using mathematical statistics and summarizing methods for development status of global medical equipment and equipment manufacturing competitiveness,Meanwhile,the internal structure of the industry's competitiveness development,the scale of market development,the development environment of the industry,and the characteristics of the product itself are analyzed.The possible problems in the development of medical equipment and equipment manufacturing industry in China are discussed.According to the purpose and principle of evaluation of Chinese medical equipment and equipment manufacturing industry competitiveness,the primary factor selection and factor evaluation system was constructed.Data and suggestions were collected through expert survey method,and the indicators were selected by group decision feature root method.Indicator evaluation system is built successfully.The competitiveness evaluation model of medical equipment and equipment manufacturing industry is built based on entropy weight-TOPSIS combination method,By selecting the data of China's medical equipment and equipment manufacturing industry competitiveness evaluation indicator from 2007 to 2016,the competitiveness level of the industry is evaluated;The data of the evaluation indicator of medical equipment and equipment manufacturing competitiveness in 22 provinces and cities in China are selected,and the competitiveness of medical equipment and equipment manufacturing in each province and region in China are compared.According to the evaluation results,the competitiveness of medical equipment and equipment manufacturing industry in 22 regions of China are classified,and the development level of medical equipment and equipment manufacturing industry in various regions was analyzed,and the provinces and cities in the market and technology were obtained.Different development states in terms of resource competitiveness exist.There are significant differences in terms of development between regions.At the end,combined with the development status and competitiveness evaluation results of China's medical equipment and equipment manufacturing industry,the following conclusions are made:the overall competitiveness of China's medical equipment and equipment manufacturing industry is becoming better and better,but among various regions there are differences in the level of competitiveness of the manufacturing industry.And suggestions on the development status and evaluation results are made,and provide a base for the competitiveness development of medical equipment and equipment manufacturing industry in China.
